Together with its partner, Accesslaw, Inc., CD Asia is proud to announce the release of the first two titles in the Philippine Legal Encyclopedia Series, Philippine Law Encyclopedia and Philippine Taxation Encyclopedia.
The Philippine Law Encyclopedia is the most comprehensive compilation of Philippine laws, with in-depth and up-to-date analyses and annotations of over 5,000 laws and statutes. It includes a subject index, case doctrines and the original and “living” versions of laws and statutes, with hyper-linking of related issuances for greater ease of use.
The Philippine Taxation Encyclopedia is the most complete collection of taxation-related jurisprudence, statutes, laws and administrative issuances, with a section-by-section cross-referencing, analysis and annotation of the National Internal Revenue Code. It contains the widest coverage of issuances of the Bureau of Internal Revenue, local and international tax-related materials, a subject-index and case digests.
Both titles are on DVD-ROM.
Subscribers of Philippine Laws Premium Edition, Laws (Philippine Edition) or Laws Annotated may upgrade their title to Philippine Law Encyclopedia while subscribers of Taxation (Philippine Edition) or Complete Access to the Tax System (C.A.T.S.) may upgrade their title to the Philippine Taxation Encyclopedia.
